Owner & Lead Designer
Ever passionate about creating perfectly unique & artful spaces for her clients, Laney draws on over fifteen years of experience in the Interior Design industry to expertly execute her clients’ remodeling & décor projects. After earning her Interior Design degree from the prestigious college of Design Art Architecture & Planning (DAAP) at the University of Cincinnati, Laney used her creativity and business sense to launch Reusch Interior Design in 2010 and later Studio Piper in 2018.
When not designing for her clients or planning her next travel adventure, Laney spends time on her pet project, remodeling her 1930’s Mt. Lookout home she shares with her three teenage daughters and hunky husband, Greg.
Office Coordinator & Client Relations
Angelia is a self-proclaimed organizing guru with a slight obsession with labels and checklists. Originally from Lexington, she completed her B.A. in Communications at The University of Kentucky. Ultimately, her background and skill set led her to be the perfect fit as our office coordinator. Angelia oversees all the backend logistics, vendor/manufacturer communication, and purchase orders for projects at Reusch Interior Design.
When she’s not on the hunt for the next best brunch spot in town, Angelia is involved in several philanthropic organizations. She is currently a board member with Saturday Hoops, a member with United Way Tocqueville Society, and along with her husband, mentors two children through the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative.

A marketing maven with a flair for fashion and interiors, Paige likes to consider herself a social media whiz. A native of coastal Mississippi, she holds a degree in Communications with emphasis in Public Relations and Marketing from Mississippi State University.

Our indispensable, detail oriented design assistant, Caitlin, brings with her a range of valuable design skills from FRCH’s retail design division including 3D model building, space planning, rendering, and millwork design. A graduate from Columbus College of Art and Design, Caitlin’s passion is finding creative solutions for challenging design dilemmas. Caitlin is a great addition to the team assisting with AutoCAD drawings, presentations, graphics, selections, and design.
When she’s not seeking out new design trends and inspirations, Caitlin can be found traveling the country with her husband in search of the best specialty coffee, propagating succulents for her family’s garden center, or reading on the front porch with her abnormally large cat, Edgar.
